Aluminium Profile System | Wall Panel Installation

All profiles are fixed using M3 screws aligned to marked reference lines. Panels slot directly into the extrusion — no adhesives required. Select the profile type based on your panel thickness (12 mm or 20 mm) and transition condition.

  • UOSPL-AL-71

    20 mm PET Wool

    • Fasten the M3 screws to the aluminium profile, aligning it with the marked line.

    • Insert the PET Panel into the profile

    • Insert the T Section between

    • The panels to hide any visible joints

    • For 12 mm there has to be a gap of 1 mm between two flat panels

    • For 20 mm no gap needed
