Aluminium Profile System | Wall Panel Installation

All profiles are fixed using M3 screws aligned to marked reference lines. Panels slot directly into the extrusion — no adhesives required. Select the profile type based on your panel thickness (12 mm or 20 mm) and transition condition.

  • UOSPL-AL-99

    12 mm Uni-Vicstrip

    • Fasten the M3 screws to the aluminium profile, aligning it with the marked line.

    • Insert the Uni-Vicstrip into the profile

    • Use the profile between every Uni-Vicstrip panel

    • The minimum diameter it can bend is upto 600 mm

  • UOSPL-AL-69

    12 mm Uni-Vicstrip

    • Fasten the M3 screws to the aluminium profile, aligning it with the marked line.

    • Insert the Uni-Vicstrip/PET Panel into the profile

  • UOSPL-AL-72

    12 mm Uni-Vicstrip

    • Fasten the M3 screws to the aluminium profile, aligning it with the marked line.

    • Insert the PET Panel into the profile

    UOSPL-AL-95

    12 mm Uni-Vicstrip

    • Fasten the M3 screws to the aluminium profile, aligning it with the marked line.

    • Chamfer the Uni-Vicstrip/panel in a 45° angle.

    • Insert the Uni-Vicstrip/Panel into the profile

    12 mm Uni-Vicstrip

    • Fasten the M3 screws to the aluminium profile, aligning it with the marked line.

    • Insert the Uni-Vicstrip/Panel into the profile

    12 mm Uni-Vicstrip

    • Fasten the M3 screws to the aluminium profile, aligning it with the marked line.

    • Insert the Uni-Vicstrip/Panel into the profile

    • Fasten the M3 screws to the aluminium profile, aligning it with the marked line.

    • Insert the Uni-Vicstrip/Panel into the profile
